The hotel is extremely convenient with service-oriented employees at the reception desk. This property had a central position to the Christmas market. And we were not far from airport and also rail station and the restaurant for 2 dinners and the Basel SBB train station. Came here for one night, recommendable: D

Premium, well equipped , very spacious and comfortable room immediately adjacent to main train station and trams to historical city. Hotel provided a free travel pass for guests to utilise all public transport in Basel.
Sleeping issue as alcoholics all gather in front of railway and are noisy until early hours of morning. Double glazed windows help to muffle noise.

Everything was ok, excellent location (100 m. from cental railway station in Basel) , friendly staff, good and tasty breakfast, easy-to-use internet access.

Perfect spot for a city stay!
Super friendly staff. The room was comfy and quiet. We loved the Nespresso machine for our morning coffee. Breakfast had tons of choices, especially the omelettes! The only thing was, we could hear some street noise at times, but it wasn't too bad.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to sight-seeing and shopping. We found that (for Basel) it was a good value. It included a lovely breakfast and transit passes. The staff was very helpful and professional. They speak many languages and were easy to communicate with. The room and hotel itself is very modern and new. There is parking on site and althought it was a little expensive, we found it quite convenient.

it was in an ideal location near to the center right next to tram lines and the main train station and tram hub and all public transport at the doorstep. furthermore, in the "hotel" area.
